OEM Kitten Food Formulation

Manufacturing and Quality Control
Production is carried out at our pet food manufacturing facility in Foshan, China. The process covers ingredient preparation, extrusion, drying, flavour coating and finished-product inspection. Key parameters are controlled to support consistent kibble appearance, texture, moisture and palatability from batch to batch.
Our pet food manufacturing system is certified to ISO 22000, HACCP and BRC standards, and the facility is registered with the U.S. FDA. Relevant product and compliance documentation can be discussed according to the destination market and confirmed order requirements.
Packaging and Private Label Cooperation
Private-label options can include package size, bag format, artwork and carton configuration. Before bulk manufacturing, we confirm the approved sample, formula direction, packaging files, order quantity, production schedule and delivery terms with the customer.
